Hilton has announced the appointment of Kolin Pound as Area President, Caribbean and Latin America (CALA), effective from 24 August 2026. Joining from Ares Management, he will lead the group's operations in a market that already counts more than 315 hotels and 150 projects in development. He will report to Danny Hughes, President, Americas, Hilton.
