Its president, Nicolas de Villiers, denounces a “dilution” of French identity in the face of a project that remains vague, reportedly backed, according to Politico, by talks under way with the Élysée.

🏨 Opening
A new four-star hotel will be built in La Mongie, a resort in the Grand Tourmalet ski area in the Pyrenees. Led by the ARAC, the property will replace two run-down hotels that have been demolished and is due to open in July 2028.

Disneyland Paris saw footfall rise this quarter, driven by its new attraction “The World of Frozen”, which opened in late March. The group confirmed the success of its €2 billion investment plan, which has nearly doubled the size of the resort.

Burundi has inaugurated the Toha hotel in Bujumbura, a 12-storey building led by Burundian entrepreneur Sayinguvu Désiré. President Évariste Ndayishimiye praised the property as a symbol of domestic private investment and called on banks to lend greater support to such projects.
