Accor announced on 24 September 2026 the launch of the full version of its “ALL Concierge”. According to the group, this is the first large-scale deployment of a fully conversational AI assistant by a hotel group. The tool is set to become one of the cornerstones of the artificial intelligence strategy of Europe’s leading hospitality group.

A single companion across the entire guest journey

ALL Concierge is designed to support travellers at every stage: inspiration, hotel comparison, booking, the stay itself and the post-stay period. The assistant can suggest properties according to holiday style, mood or the experience sought. It also details offers and links directly to the group’s booking platform, all within a single conversation.

The tool recognises returning guests and personalises its responses based on their preferences, past stays and loyalty profile. It confirms bookings directly and handles most requests autonomously. Where a more complex or specific query requires it, an Accor team member can step in at any time.

One million conversations to refine the model

Accor drew on more than one million guest conversations, gathered during the pilot phase launched in July 2025, to perfect the tool. According to the group, testing showed that travellers expect more than customer service: they want to be inspired, to discover and compare offers, and to be assisted before, during and after their stay.

The assistant is available 24/7 across Accor’s own ecosystem, the ALL.com website and the ALL Accor app, as well as on WhatsApp and iMessage. It operates in 11 languages on ALL.com and in four languages on the mobile app. The group plans to cover all its languages and all its sales channels by the end of the year.

The launch extends the trajectory of ALL Accor, whose results and AI initiatives the group set out in the spring to mark the loyalty programme’s sixth anniversary.

Alix Boulnois, Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech Officer at Accor, said that a good concierge remembers your name and anticipates your needs before you have even expressed them, and that this level of attention had until now been reserved for a privileged few. With ALL Concierge, she explained, the group is making it accessible to every guest, everywhere and at any time. She stressed, however, that behind every stay there will always be an attentive human presence, describing Accor’s teams as the heart of the group. What changes today, she added, is that those teams will have an equally committed companion, allowing them to focus on what no technology will ever be able to replicate: the human connection that makes hospitality truly memorable.

A roadmap focused on loyalty and voice

ALL Concierge already offers destination discovery, hotel search and comparison, instant property information (breakfast times, menus, spa), a direct path to booking, management of existing reservations, real-time assistance and recognition of ALL Accor members’ status.

Accor plans to enrich the tool progressively. Upcoming features include help tailored to the section being viewed, hotel comparison on a city map based on AI-summarised guest reviews, and personalised advice on earning and using loyalty points. The assistant will also showcase the group’s partnerships, such as the one with Air France, with the option of linking loyalty accounts.

Other announced developments include recommendations for local events and experiences offered by partners such as Fever, bookable with ALL Reward points. Guests will also be able to modify or cancel their bookings and retrieve their invoices within the conversational interface. Finally, ALL Concierge will move into voice: integrated into Accor’s customer service and hotel phone lines, it will answer calls directly.

The Butler: AI for hotel teams

In parallel, Accor is making AI available to its hotel teams with “the Butler”. Accessible at any time, this assistant gives employees instant access to information, advice and recommendations. It helps them handle day-to-day situations and puts them in touch with the right experts when human intervention is needed.

For Accor, ALL Concierge and the Butler reflect its vision of AI on both sides of the hotel experience. The aim is to simplify interactions with guests and the daily work of teams, freeing up time for human relationships.

A race for conversational AI among the major groups

Analysis – This launch comes as major hotel groups step up their initiatives in this field. In March, Hilton unveiled a beta version of its Hilton AI Planner, initially opened to a small share of hilton.com traffic. Other players, such as EVT Hotels & Resorts, have chosen to integrate their offering directly into ChatGPT.

Analysis – By deploying ALL Concierge on its own channels and on mainstream messaging apps, and by connecting it to its loyalty programme, Accor is seeking to keep the guest relationship within its ecosystem. This is precisely the issue raised by a recent Accenture study on the rise of AI agents in travel, which warned of the risk of third-party assistants capturing that relationship.
