Before joining Andaz Doha, Dominik Strobel led Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi, where he drove the property to its highest-ever Revenue Generation Index (RGI) and Gross Operating Profit (GOP) levels since opening. Under his leadership, the hotel also maintained high guest satisfaction scores while consistently exceeding Hyatt’s global service and cleanliness standards.

Dominik Strobel’s career at Hyatt spans senior leadership roles across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
