First Hospitality, a national, Chicago-based hotel management company, announces it has taken over management of five new properties: Sky Rock Sedona, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, The Steward Santa Barbara, also a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, the Hotel Northland, Autograph Collection, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the Hotel Elkhart, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in Indiana, and Le Méridien St. Louis Downtown. These five additions mark the Group’s entry into as many new US markets, while strengthening its growing portfolio of full-service and lifestyle properties.
Kathleen Hollis, Chief Growth Officer of First Hospitality, noted that this momentum reflects the continued strength of the Group’s lifestyle portfolio and the solidity of the partnerships built with ownership groups across the country. She said First Hospitality’s commitment is to preserve what makes each property unique, while bringing its commercial strategy, operational expertise and collaborative approach to help owners maximise long-term value and performance.
The Sky Rock Sedona is a boutique lifestyle hotel offering panoramic views of Sedona’s iconic red rock formations, with direct access to the destination’s hiking trails, art galleries and spiritual sites. The property offers 109 rooms, a resort-style pool and hot tub, wellness programming including full moon ceremonies and sound baths, an on-site spa, and dining at Bar WooWoo.
Located on California’s Central Coast, The Steward Santa Barbara is an 87-suite property set across nearly two hectares around the historic Sexton House. Combining relaxed coastal luxury with the region’s natural beauty, the hotel offers easy access to the beaches, vineyards and downtown Santa Barbara, with a resort-style outdoor pool, locally inspired dining at Terra, and wellness experiences including yoga and in-room massage.
The Hotel Northland, a historic 160-room property in the heart of Green Bay, Wisconsin, combines timeless architecture with modern amenities, just steps from the city’s entertainment district. The hotel features nearly 1,400 sqm of meeting and event space, including The Alley, a distinctive private venue with bowling lanes, shuffleboard and billiards, along with dining at Poke The Bear Sports Bar and the Walnut Room Green Bay.
The Hotel Elkhart, a 93-room boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Elkhart, Indiana, celebrates the city’s rich musical heritage and arts scene, with nearly 450 sqm of flexible event space and dining at the Corner Bar and the High Note Rooftop Bar. Le Méridien St. Louis Downtown, lastly, offers 96 rooms in the heart of downtown St. Louis, with convenient access to the city’s leading sports, cultural and entertainment attractions.
