A new chapter for the house
Lignée Hôtels has announced the appointment of Françoise Perrier to lead Le Narcisse Blanc Hôtel & Spa, a five-star property on Boulevard de La Tour-Maubourg in Paris’ 7th arrondissement. She takes up her post on Monday 12 October 2026.
The family-owned group describes her arrival as supporting a new chapter in the development of the house. Working alongside the teams, Françoise Perrier will drive a clear ambition to take the hotel and its restaurant, Cléo, further upmarket, built on highly personalised service and constant attention to every detail of the guest experience.
An intimate Left Bank address
Opened in late 2017 between the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, Le Narcisse Blanc has 37 keys, comprising 30 rooms and 7 suites, as well as a spa with a swimming pool. The hotel draws its identity from Cléo de Mérode, the emblematic Belle Époque dancer who also gave her name to the restaurant.
The property belongs to Lignée Hôtels, an independent family-owned group founded in 2012 by the Beguinot family. Its portfolio also includes Maison Favart in Paris, the Grand Hotel Bellevue London, which opened in 2024, and Yndo Hôtel in Bordeaux.
A return to Parisian hotel operations
The appointment marks Françoise Perrier‘s return to the helm of a Parisian hotel. Since March 2026, she had served as Head of Corporate Headquarters Hospitality at La Maison Sanofi, the pharmaceutical group’s global headquarters in Paris, where she oversaw operations at a strategic international site.
Previously, she ran Hôtel Westminster Paris for Warwick Hotels and Resorts from April 2024 to March 2025. At Lavorel Hotels, she led the opening of Kopster Hotel as Operations Director between 2022 and 2024, while also serving, from June 2022 to June 2023, as General Manager of Grand Pavillon Chantilly during its rebranding.
Her time with Hilton took her to the Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace, where she held the roles of Hotel Manager and Director of Operations from 2019 to 2021, having previously been Director of Food & Beverage for the group in Paris.
A culture forged in fine dining
Françoise Perrier’s career has been built largely in high-end food and beverage and events, across France, the United States and Asia. She began at the St. Regis New York in sales and banqueting, before joining Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group as Director of Sales & Catering at restaurant Daniel, followed by Tony May’s San Domenico restaurant.
In 2011, she took charge of a Groupe Yannick Alléno restaurant in Taipei. She went on to hold Director of Food & Beverage positions at a Sheraton in Greater Paris, the Four Seasons Hotel Miami and The Peninsula Beverly Hills.
LTH Analysis – A profile in tune with the “Cléo” challenge. Her background in fine dining resonates directly with the stated objective for Cléo. In a 37-key hotel, the restaurant and spa carry significant weight in the property’s positioning, and the announced move upmarket depends as much on the culinary offer as on the personalisation of service.
This appointment is part of a busy sequence of leadership changes at upscale Paris addresses, such as the arrival of Benjamin Piat at Nolinski Paris and the appointment of Fabrice Moizan at Le Bristol Paris.
