The agreements represent around twenty additional hotels and more than 1,200 rooms to come, as part of the group’s stated ambition to exceed 65 properties by 2027.
Kyriad Prestige makes its UAE debut
The standout announcement in this latest round is Legacy Hotels Holding’s introduction of the Kyriad Prestige brand to the Emirati market for the first time. The 110-room Kyriad Prestige Downtown Dubai is due to open in October 2026, with a design drawing on local culture and heritage.
This debut will be followed by Kyriad Galala in Egypt, scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2029. The 560-room property will strengthen the group’s mid-market positioning in the Egyptian market.
A master franchise agreement with TemptingPlaces
Legacy Hotels Holding has also signed a master franchise agreement with TemptingPlaces, a brand associated with French-style boutique hospitality. The group will manage and operate the 67-room TemptingPlaces Maison Kokoon in Dubai, due to open by 2030.
The partnership also covers the launch of TemptingPlaces Panorama Kakheti Resort in Georgia, which will open with 109 rooms in 2028. The double signing marks the TemptingPlaces brand’s entry into Legacy Hotels Holding’s portfolio.
An already-strengthened Egyptian pipeline with Golden Tulip
These announcements build on development already under way in Egypt, where Legacy Hotels Holding earlier this year announced two new projects under the Golden Tulip brand, totalling 411 rooms. Golden Tulip Cairo Pyramids and Golden Tulip Sheikh Zayed City are due to open in the fourth quarter of 2027 and the fourth quarter of 2028 respectively.
A target of 65 hotels by 2027

Fahad Abdulrahim Kazim, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Hotels Holding, said the signings reflected the scale of the group’s ambitions. He noted that the group’s aim of exceeding 65 hotels by 2027 reflects the strength of a growing portfolio and of partnerships driving development in key markets, and added that Arabian Travel Market represents an important platform for Legacy Hotels Holding to showcase this momentum, build relationships with owners and investors, and enter the next phase of the group’s development in the region.
This leadership team has been expanded in recent months with the arrivals of William Harley-Fleming as Chief Operating Officer and Jamil Brair as Chief Strategy and Financial Officer, two appointments intended to support this new stage of growth.
Regional expansion beyond the Gulf
Legacy Hotels Holding is also planning future openings in Bahrain, Tunisia, Syria, Morocco, Tanzania and Réunion, in addition to an operating portfolio of 45 properties spread across the MENA region, Europe and the CIS. The group relies on five regional offices to drive this expansion.
As Louvre Hotels Group’s MENA partner, Legacy Hotels Holding operates a portfolio spanning luxury to economy, alongside the Earth Hotels and Flamingo Hotels brands. The group states it has a presence in 14 countries, built around integrated technology systems and a partnership-led approach with developers and investors.
