Ennismore has announced the appointment of Llewellyn Wyeth as Vice President of Operations for the Pacific, a role created for the first time within the group’s regional organisation. He will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, APAC, and will be responsible for supporting general management teams across the region’s portfolio.

Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Llewellyn Wyeth said he was pleased to be taking up his new role as Vice President of Operations for the Pacific at Ennismore. The role currently covers five operating hotels, with two further openings planned by 2027, and requires regular travel between Australia, New Zealand and other Pacific markets.

A role designed to support the group’s growth in the Pacific

Founded in 2021 as a joint venture between Sharan Pasricha and Accor, Ennismore entered the Australian market in 2025 with a series of signings and openings under the Hyde, Mondrian and 25hours brands. The group continues to build momentum in the region, a trend confirmed by its recent run of signings in Bangkok, Dubai and Mexico City.

The creation of this Vice President of Operations role reflects the group’s intention to build dedicated operational governance for the Pacific as its local portfolio grows denser. The position is conceived as a hands-on, field-based function, working directly with general managers, owners and hotel teams.

Twenty years of hotel leadership within Accor’s network

Llewellyn Wyeth has built the bulk of his career within Accor’s Pacific network, which he joined in 1996. He has held a succession of general management and regional management positions, including at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort, the Novotel Melbourne St Kilda, the Pullman Albert Park, and finally the Pullman Adelaide, which he led as General Manager for nine years.

His career also took him into broader regional responsibilities: Area General Manager for Western Australia, then for South Australia, where he sat on Accor Australia’s Extended Executive Committee. Until his appointment at Ennismore, he combined the General Manager role at the Pullman and Ibis Adelaide with the Area General Manager position for South Australia, a dual role involving oversight of several general managers and management of relationships with owners and investors of hotels under management contract.

The repositioning of the Pullman Adelaide, a defining achievement

Llewellyn Wyeth‘s tenure at the helm of the Pullman Adelaide was marked by several brand conversion and asset repositioning projects, including a refurbishment covering the property’s 308 rooms. Accor continues to structure its local hotel network through management partnerships of this kind, as seen in its agreement with Bayview International to manage three landmark Pacific hotels.

Llewellyn Wyeth also holds the position of Pacific Brand Champion for Pullman, a cross-portfolio role in which he drives brand activation and improvements to audit results and customer service across around twenty hotels in Australia and New Zealand.

An influence beyond the hotel sector

Beyond his operational responsibilities at Accor, Llewellyn Wyeth sits on the board of Business Events Adelaide and on the advisory committee of the Australian Hotels Association for South Australia, two representative bodies for the region’s tourism and hospitality sector. This involvement comes in a region where hotel supply continues to grow, as illustrated by the recent opening of the Hotel Panorama by Hurley Hotel Group in Adelaide.
