A single brand to unite the group’s wellness offer

Minor Hotels, the international hotel owner and operator, has launched Life Longevity, a new wellness brand that brings together its destinations, services and future developments within a single ecosystem. The brand combines clinical science, complementary medicine and the group’s hospitality expertise.

Its founding principle is continuity. Each guest’s care journey follows them from one destination to the next, and from one stage of life to the next. Life Longevity builds on Layan Life by Anantara, already operating at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, and will shortly open its first urban site, Bangkok Life, at The St. Regis Bangkok.

THT Analysis – With a dedicated brand and an accompanying membership, Minor Hotels is shifting wellness from a service attached to the hotel to a guest relationship sustained over time, including between stays. The first urban site is located within a St. Regis hotel, a Marriott International brand. This choice shows that Life Longevity can be hosted by properties outside the group’s own brands. The launch is part of a wellness strategy already visible across the portfolio, as illustrated by the integrated wellness hub at Avani Cypress Lakes in Australia. The group has not, however, disclosed a timeline or a number of sites for its international roll-out.

Demand driven by committed travellers

Longevity has become one of the defining themes in wellness, and it is now moving beyond the clinical setting into everyday life. According to Minor Hotels’ Travel Trends Report 2026, 44% of travellers plan to make more room for wellness during their trips. That proportion rises to 73% among those who already have a regular wellness practice.

These guests expect scientific rigour and a stay with lasting effects, without the experience taking on a medical feel.

Three formats linked by continuous care

Born in Thailand and shaped by more than four decades of Minor Hotels’ experience, the brand comes in three formats: resort, urban and residential. The resort format offers time for deep transformation. The urban format brings longevity into the rhythm of city life. The residential offer, finally, is set to organise every aspect of the home around a longevity-led lifestyle.

The common thread is knowledge of the guest, which follows them everywhere. In practice, a morning in Bangkok picks up where a week in Phuket left off. This continuity is set to extend to every new destination as the brand grows.

Each journey begins with a phase of getting to know the guest, combining consultation, lifestyle analysis and diagnostics. Complementary medicine works alongside the scientific approach from the outset. Each site then adds its own strengths: recovery therapies, guidance on movement and lifestyle, or shared moments.

Circle of Life, a membership to extend the relationship

The brand launches alongside Circle of Life, an optional membership that turns the offer into a long-term partnership. Between stays, members remain connected to their care team through regular check-ins with experts and a personal digital record. Membership gives access to all Life Longevity sites worldwide.

Each visit thus builds on the last, wherever the next stay takes place. According to the group, the further a guest progresses along the journey, the more valuable the relationship becomes.

Continuity as a differentiator

“Our ambition isn’t simply to take part in wellness, but to help raise its standard,” said Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of Minor International, parent company of Minor Hotels. “Life Longevity gives that ambition a clear shape. Many places offer exceptional hospitality and advanced wellbeing. What sets Life Longevity apart is continuity: wherever guests find us, they are cared for by people who already know them, and whose care evolves as their needs do, for many years to come.”

For the brand, longevity is measured not only in years, but also in vitality, resilience and quality of life at every stage. Beyond treatments and retreats, Life Longevity presents itself as expert, personalised guidance designed to last a lifetime.

Phuket as flagship, Bangkok as the clinical expression

Layan Life by Anantara is the brand’s flagship resort site. Guests can follow a signature journey: they set the goal and the team designs the path. They can also build their own programme with a practitioner, or simply book a personalised treatment during their resort stay.

On site, complementary medicine is rooted in Traditional Thai Medicine, alongside the full diagnostic and clinical offer. Once back home, guests benefit from Life After Layan, a follow-up programme between stays. It is an early application of the continuity principle set to extend to every Life site.

Due this autumn, Bangkok Life at The St. Regis Bangkok will be the brand’s first urban site and its most clinical expression. It is a hub dedicated to longevity and biohacking, where advanced therapies and medical aesthetics rest on the same diagnostic depth as the rest of the ecosystem.

An international roll-out in preparation

Life Longevity is set to become an international brand. New urban, resort and residential sites are in development beyond Thailand, in leading resort destinations and major gateway cities. The group sees this as a reflection of its long-term commitment to wellness-led growth.
