Hilton opens the NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, a waterside sanctuary located in the port town of Hoi An, in central Vietnam, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This opening marks the debut of Tapestry Collection by Hilton in the country, an arrival already flagged by the Group among its new lifestyle openings in Asia Pacific.

Nestled along the Co Co River, in Cam Thanh village, the 174-room property serves as a gateway to Hoi An’s old town, Cua Dai beach and the Cam Thanh nipa palm forest. The name NHAAN combines the Vietnamese words nhà (home) and an (peace), evoking a sanctuary conducive to reconnecting with the town’s living traditions.

Designed by world-renowned Vietnamese architect Vo Trong Nghia, the resort features biophilic architecture blending contemporary sophistication with natural materials, including local stone and wood. Alexandra Murray, Area Vice President and Regional Head of South East Asia at Hilton, noted that Vietnam remains one of Southeast Asia’s most promising tourism markets, and that this opening expands the Group’s lifestyle experiences in the country.

The property features four dining venues, including Keng Restaurant for Vietnamese and international cuisine, and Plait Restaurant, dedicated to Korean fire-grilled seafood by the river. The wellness offering centres on the rooftop eforea spa & health club, an infinity pool and a 24-hour fitness area. The property also offers around 200 square metres of event space, including the Hoi An Hall Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 148 guests.

The resort is developed by Dat Phuong Group, a Vietnamese developer recognised for its integrated hotel and urban projects in central Vietnam. Alexander Shockley, responsible for Hilton’s lifestyle and collection brands in Asia Pacific, presents the property as a fully realised expression of Tapestry Collection’s identity, driven by design rooted in its location and a dining offering true to the spirit of the place.
