Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of the Bloom Hotel Bali Ungasan, a new property that will join Radisson Individuals, the group’s brand dedicated to independent hotels. The project marks a further step in Radisson’s growing presence in Indonesia, where it already operates three hotels and has five more in development.

A 145-room property on the Bukit Peninsula

Located in Ungasan, on the Bukit Peninsula in southern Bali, the hotel will feature 145 rooms, including 22 suites, spread across two four-storey buildings arranged around a central pool. The opening is scheduled for by the end of 2029.

The design will combine contemporary interiors with spaces dedicated to dining, wellness and relaxation. The property will target leisure travellers, couples and families staying in southern Bali.

A dining- and wellness-focused offering

The Bloom Hotel Bali Ungasan will feature an all-day dining restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a speakeasy bar, a pool bar, a spa, a gym and a yoga studio, in addition to the central pool. This combination of dining and wellness spaces reflects the positioning sought by leisure travellers in this part of the island.

The hotel will offer quick access to the beaches and cultural sites of southern Bali: Melasti Beach is around a five-minute drive away, while Uluwatu and the Pura Batu Mejan temple can be reached within a few minutes. I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is roughly an hour’s drive away.

Radisson Individuals continues its expansion in Asia-Pacific

Launched in 2020, the Radisson Individuals brand now numbers over 100 hotels either operating or in development, across around fifteen markets in Europe and Asia. Asia-Pacific has become one of the pillars of the group’s development, driven in particular by momentum in China and Southeast Asia.

It forms part of a sustained global signing momentum for Radisson Hotel Group, which passed the milestone of 210 openings and signings in 2025.

With this new agreement, Radisson Hotel Group confirms its determination to strengthen its presence in Indonesia through a diversified brand portfolio, deployed across both urban areas and the country’s leisure destinations.

USA | Access Point Financial and TMGOC Ventures inject €103m into New Orleans Fairmont/Element duo

Access Point Financial and TMGOC Ventures have co-financed the recapitalisation of the dual-branded Fairmont by Accor and Element by Westin complex in New Orleans to the tune of $120 million (approximately €103 million), via a bridge loan and a preferred equity investment. The scheme, led by local developer Kailas Companies, is the result of converting a former 31-storey office tower in the central business district. The Element opened in February 2026, while the Fairmont is due to follow in autumn 2026.
