JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group announces it has advised the Savetsomphob family on the successful leasehold acquisition of Staybridge Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit, a 411-room property, sold by Origin Hotel PLC. Located on Sukhumvit Soi 24, in the established Phrom Phong district, this IHG-branded hotel combines short-stay and extended-stay components, and benefits from close proximity to a wide range of commercial, retail and leisure destinations, distinguishing this asset within Bangkok’s dynamic hotel market.

This transaction marks the fourth collaboration between JLL and the Savetsomphob family, reflecting a long-standing relationship built on trust and successful outcomes. JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group provided full buy-side support throughout the process, including price evaluation, commercial due diligence, review and negotiation of transaction agreements, and deal management through to closing.
