YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit will welcome its first guests from 15 October 2026. With 250 rooms, the property marks the British brand’s entry into the Thai market and becomes its fourth hotel in Asia, following Tokyo, Singapore Orchard Road and Singapore Changi Airport.
The hotel is situated within Cloud 11, a mixed-use development opened in July 2026 in the South Sukhumvit district, an area steadily establishing itself as one of the Thai capital’s creative hubs. Backed by an investment of more than €520 million, Cloud 11 brings together content production and music recording studios, galleries, event spaces, a cinema, wellness facilities, offices and retail, alongside a year-round programme focused on creativity, cross-industry collaboration and the development of the country’s creative economy.
A hotel concept built for speed and rest
YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit carries through the brand’s signature codes: self-service check-in kiosks enabling registration in under a minute, compact and connected rooms designed to support quality sleep, and the reclining SmartBed™. Rooms overlook either the landscaped park at the centre of Cloud 11 or Bang Krachao, Bangkok’s green lung, with upper floors offering panoramic city views.
The room line-up includes the signature Premium Queen, twin and connecting configurations, and First Class King rooms with sofa or sofa bed, designed for groups and families. All rooms feature high-speed WiFi, connected screens, wireless chargers and mini-fridges. Mood lighting, rain-effect showers and Urban Jungle amenities round out the experience, while service robots handle in-room delivery of bottled water, towels and other items, alongside a 24-hour front desk.
Dining, wellness and coworking spaces
The YOTEL Swim Club features an outdoor pool and bar, while the gym remains accessible around the clock. Komyuniti, a social hub directly connected to Cloud 11, combines all-day dining with coworking, offering Thai and international fare from breakfast through dinner alongside two meeting rooms. A Grab + Go outlet rounds out the offer with drinks and snacks available day and night.
Fatty’s, the hotel’s rooftop bar and restaurant, will open in November 2026 on the 23rd floor, with sweeping views over Cloud 11 and the wider city of Bangkok. Further details will be announced closer to opening.
A location built for fast access to the city
The hotel is directly connected to the BTS Skytrain network via a 300-metre pedestrian walkway, putting the whole city within easy reach of public transport. Thong Lor is four stations away, the Asok intersection on Sukhumvit Road six stations away, and the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) 2.3 km away. The property also benefits from direct links to Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports. South Sukhumvit’s momentum echoes the recent opening of the Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit [FLAG: internal LTH link — no confirmed THT English equivalent found], which similarly highlighted the hotel development under way in this part of the Thai capital.
A deeper tie-up with Hilton
YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit becomes the brand’s first Asian hotel to join Select by Hilton, the platform launched in March 2026 under the exclusive agreement between YOTEL and Hilton. The arrangement allows YOTEL to retain its brand independence and management control while connecting participating properties to the Hilton Honors loyalty programme and to the American group’s distribution and technology platforms. Hilton Honors members will be able to earn and redeem points during stays in Bangkok, as well as on meetings and events held at the hotel through the Hilton Honors Event Planner programme. The partnership forms part of a broader Hilton strategy of expansion in hybrid segments [FLAG: internal LTH link — no confirmed THT English equivalent found], between traditional hospitality and lifestyle concepts.
Founded in London in 2007, YOTEL now operates 24 hotels worldwide and is targeting a tripling of its portfolio in the coming years. The brand is also set to open a property in Kuala Lumpur in early 2027, confirming its growing momentum in the Asian market.
