A career built entirely within the INTURSA ecosystem

Vicente Flores Razuri has more than twenty years of experience in hospitality, the bulk of it within the INTURSA group and its brand partnerships. His trajectory began on the general management side in 2007, leading the Libertador Arequipa Hotel, before he took charge of the Libertador Lima Hotel in 2010, a post he held for six years.

In 2016, he joined the Hotel Paracas, a Luxury Collection Resort, as general manager, then led the pre-opening and opening of the Aloft Lima Miraflores in 2018, the first property of Marriott International’s lifestyle brand in Peru. He went on to take over as general manager of the AC Lima Miraflores in 2022, before serving as Cluster General Manager for the combined AC & Aloft Lima Miraflores from August 2023.

An international academic background

Vicente Flores Razuri holds a Hotel Revenue Management certificate from Cornell University, completed in 2014. He has additionally completed a business management specialisation programme at the Universidad del Pacífico.

The Peruvian market, a growth arena for major international groups

This appointment comes as the Peruvian hotel market continues to attract international brands. Hilton recently opened its first Hampton by Hilton in Cusco, while Marriott International opened the Humano, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, in Lima, in the same Miraflores district where the portfolio led by Vicente Flores Razuri operates. Marriott has also recorded record growth in the Caribbean and Latin America region in 2025, confirming the momentum of development in the lifestyle and luxury segment in this market.
