Expo 2030 Riyadh and Saudi developer Mohammed Al Habib Real Estate Company (MAHR) have signed a SAR 3.2 billion (approximately €733 million) joint venture agreement to develop and deliver the Expo Village, the site's future residential community. Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) has announced the appointment of Liam Brown to its board of directors as an independent director, effective immediately.
