Anna Hill has been appointed General Manager of the W Punta de Mita, an exclusive resort within the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, located on the Riviera Nayarit facing the Pacific Ocean. The appointment aims to strengthen the property’s positioning as well as the operational excellence and innovation that distinguish it.
Anna Hill brings more than 15 years of international luxury hospitality experience, built with brands such as EDITION and The Ritz-Carlton. She most recently held the position of Hotel Manager at The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai, where she steered the day-to-day operations of this exclusive property while delivering strong operational and financial results.
Her career also includes senior leadership roles in Doha, Qatar, where she contributed to earning Forbes accolades and strengthening guest satisfaction scores, as well as stints at The Ritz-Carlton Doha and the Hotel Arts Barcelona, where she built her foundation in service excellence and operational leadership within the Rooms Division.
