Centralised Management Across Nine Properties

Cloudbeds announced on 5 November 2026 a partnership with North Beach Village Resorts, a collection of boutique hotels located close to Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida.

The agreement covers the deployment of a unified management platform across nine properties totalling 390 rooms. It will integrate key operational functions, including property management (PMS), distribution, guest relations and payments.

For North Beach Village Resorts, the objective is to manage several independent properties as a cohesive hospitality operation while preserving the individual identity and distinctive characteristics of each hotel.

A Hospitality Concept Built Around Complementary Properties

Located along Breakers Avenue, just a short walk from the beach, North Beach Village brings together mid-century modern-inspired buildings offering various accommodation categories, from studios to two-bedroom suites.

The concept is based on shared services and facilities, including six restaurants and cafés, notably Wine Garden and Archibald’s Village Bakery, several swimming pools, a fitness centre and a private event space.

Round-the-clock guest assistance ensures service continuity across the different properties.

This operating model, combining elements of a boutique hotel collection with those of a resort spread across multiple locations, requires close operational coordination.

“Our guests experience North Beach Village as one resort, and our team needs to be able to manage it that way. We chose Cloudbeds because it gives us a unified view of our nine hotels and simpler tools to support guests as they move between properties.”

— Anthony Ramos, General Manager of Hotel Operations, North Beach Village Resorts (translated from French; original statement in English)

Streamlining Operations and Enhancing the Guest Journey

The Cloudbeds rollout is expected to replace several separate software systems currently used for property management, distribution and operational coordination.

Centralising information will facilitate reservation monitoring, the handling of guest requests and the coordination of services across the nine properties.

The guest journey will also evolve towards a more digital, mobile-first approach, enabling guests to complete check-in formalities before arrival, communicate more easily with hotel teams during their stay and benefit from personalised service through the sharing of guest information.

For employees, this operating model is intended to reduce repetitive administrative tasks and free up more time for direct guest interaction.

Strengthening Commercial and Financial Oversight

Beyond operational management, the partnership also addresses financial control and consolidation objectives.

The platform will provide management with a consolidated view of commercial performance across all nine hotels.

The integration of Cloudbeds Payments is also expected to improve transaction cost transparency and simplify accounting reconciliation processes.

These capabilities are designed to strengthen the oversight capacity of a relatively lean management team operating in a multi-property environment.

This drive towards integration forms part of Cloudbeds’ broader technology strategy. In March 2025, the company notably announced a strategic partnership with Duetto in revenue management.

“Operating a distinctive collection of hotels requires both personalised service and genuine commercial discipline. North Beach Village needs technology that simplifies day-to-day operations while providing its leadership with the insights required to grow the business.”

Implementation Support and Staff Training

The partnership also includes implementation support and training programmes tailored to employees’ different roles.

The objective is to harmonise procedures across the properties and facilitate the adoption of the new tools by hotel teams.

Founded in 2012 and operating in more than 150 countries, according to the company, Cloudbeds sees this collaboration as an illustration of its platform’s positioning among independent operators and multi-property hotel groups.

The convergence of operational management and financial services also reflects a broader industry trend, illustrated by Mews obtaining an electronic money institution licence in the European Economic Area.

The strategic implications therefore extend beyond IT modernisation alone: the objective is to transform a portfolio of geographically close boutique hotels into an integrated operating organisation, supported by consolidated performance indicators and a consistent guest journey.
