According to Ronen Nissenbaum, the deal concerning the Dilly required three years of negotiations over a particularly complex legal structure. He believes the financial arrangement reached to conclude this deal could become a benchmark studied across the sector.

🏨 The Dilly, a deal closed after three years
Located between Piccadilly and Regent Street, in the heart of London, the Dilly originally joined the Leonardo Hotels UK and Ireland portfolio in 2022, alongside a renovation project with a budget of £90 million. The historic property, opened in 1908, has more than 280 rooms, an indoor pool, squash courts, as well as seven meeting rooms and event spaces. The completion of the leasehold acquisition marks the legal culmination of this deal, now fully secured by the Group.

At the same time, Fattal Group is highlighting THE YACHT, its new property within the Fattal Limited Edition collection. The launch campaign showcases a distinctly unconventional upscale hospitality experience.

THE YACHT, a property inspired by the nautical world
Located at the Herzliya Marina in Israel, THE YACHT draws on the nautical world for its architectural structure, with tiered decks and large balconies overlooking the marina and the Mediterranean. The property offers 325 rooms and suites across twelve categories, two restaurants, a 50-metre outdoor pool, as well as event spaces accommodating up to 400 people.

Ronen Nissenbaum was keen to acknowledge the teams who contributed to what he described as a major achievement for the Group. Both announcements confirm Fattal Group’s momentum, as it continues to grow in London across its full range of brands, from Leonardo Royal to NYX Hotels.
