Prachi Patil has been appointed Director – Design & Technical Services, India & South Asia at Accor, a role she has held since July 2026, based in Gurugram. In this position, she will lead design and technical services across the region for the Group’s portfolio, ensuring brand integrity, seamless project delivery and technical compliance, from concept through to handover.
Prachi Patil joins Accor after holding, from July 2025 to July 2026, the position of AGM – Design & Technical Services at Chalet Hotels Limited, in Mumbai, where she led a portfolio of Greenfield and Brownfield developments worth more than $200 million for international operators such as Taj, Marriott and Hyatt. There, she notably steered multi-consultant coordination (architecture, interiors, FF&E, lighting) for the Taj Aerocity, as well as brand conversions and live-hotel renovations for the Westin Powai, the Westin Hyderabad and the Marriott Aravali.
Prior to that, she spent more than six years in design leadership roles at Piramal Realty, in Mumbai, first as Design Manager from March 2019 to May 2023, then as Senior Design Manager from May 2023 to July 2025, steering design strategy, procurement and execution for ultra-premium residential developments.
Her career also includes interior design roles at P G Patki Architects, BRIC Design Group, MIAJA Design Group in Singapore, where she worked on the Ozen Reserve Bolifushi and the NH Collection Maldives Havodda Resort, as well as at Gensler and HBA/Hirsch Bedner Associates, with projects delivered in Singapore, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and China.
Prachi Patil holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, a Diploma in Business Management from XLRI Singapore, a Diploma in Interior Design from LASALLE College of the Arts and an Advanced Certificate in Industrial Design (Furniture Design) from SFIC Singapore.
