Naumi Hotels has announced the appointment of Shue Sng as General Manager of Naumi Hotel Singapore, the group’s flagship property. Her appointment, effective since September 2026, comes with a brief centred on guest experience, team development and the hotel’s performance.

Shue Sng brings nearly 20 years of hospitality experience in Singapore and across the Asia-Pacific region, spanning commercial and operational leadership roles. Before joining Naumi Hotel Singapore, she was Group Head of Sales at Soori Hotel & Resorts, where she led the group’s commercial strategy and the growth of its international sales across Asia. She had previously run The Warehouse Hotel, a 37-room heritage property in Singapore, where she oversaw operations, events programming and budget management.

Her career also includes sales leadership roles at Patina Maldives, as well as more than a decade at Capella Singapore, where she held the successive positions of Assistant Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Catering Sales and Conference Services. A hotel management graduate of the University of Queensland, she began her career in the sales teams at the Fullerton Hotel Singapore, before moving to Raffles Hotel Singapore and then to Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford.

Paul Stocker, Group COO of Naumi Hotels, said the appointment reflects the continued growth of the group’s portfolio in Singapore. “Ms Sng’s experience across the Asia-Pacific region will be invaluable as we continue to develop the hotel and strengthen the Naumi brand,” he said.

Located in the heart of Singapore, Naumi Hotel Singapore embodies the design-led approach that defines the brand, with personalised service and a boutique positioning. The property remains the group’s showcase in its home market, as Naumi Hotels also expands its portfolio in New Zealand, Australia and Dubai.

Naumi Hotels continues to strengthen its leadership team

This appointment is part of a broader effort to structure management at Naumi Hotels. The group recently promoted Akash Sood to Area General Manager for New Zealand, an expanded role covering five of the group’s properties in the country. The move follows the appointment of Carlee Igoniwari to lead the two Wellington properties earlier this year.
