Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: VAC) announces the appointment of Vladimir “Vlad” Anokhin as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer. Reporting to CEO Matt Avril, he joins the Group’s Executive Leadership Team and will lead transformation initiatives, data analytics, broader AI adoption and product development.

Matt Avril noted that Vladimir Anokhin brings a rare combination of hospitality experience and operational leadership, backed by a strong track record of results, as the Group looks to strengthen alignment across its various disciplines to better serve owners and members.

Vladimir Anokhin has held leadership positions in hospitality, vacation ownership and financial services. He most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at Invited Clubs, the largest owner and operator of private golf and country clubs, where he helped strengthen the company’s analytics, technology and performance capabilities. He previously held the roles of Chief of Staff and Global Head of Product Development at Diamond Resorts. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking with a focus on real estate, lodging and leisure, notably advising on the sale of Vistana Signature Experiences to Interval Leisure Group in 2015.
