On the events side, the hotel offers 2,600 sqm of flexible space across 18 banqueting and conference rooms, accommodating up to 900 guests — a key asset given the alignment with the Hyatt Regency brand, positioned globally in the premium business and city-centre conference hotel segment.
The transition to the Hyatt Regency banner will be accompanied by significant investment in the renovation and modernisation of the property ahead of the switchover planned for the first quarter of 2027. Both leisure and corporate guests will also gain access to the benefits of the World of Hyatt loyalty programme, the group’s international distribution network, and quality standards aligned across the brand.
