In France, he also held several strategic positions, notably Route Manager for the Middle East and Africa, Head of Worldwide Direct Sales, then Director of Call Centres and Internet Support for France. He also served as Vice-President and General Manager for Canada, based in Montreal, as well as General Manager for the Indian subcontinent, based in Delhi.

Jean-Noël Rault said he was delighted to join the Caribbean Directorate and take over from Lionel Rault.
