Melco Resorts has announced the appointment of Mark Tricano as Senior Vice President and Property President of City of Dreams Manila, effective mid-September. He succeeds the legendary Geoff Andres, who has chosen to retire to be reunited with his family in the United States, according to an internal memo. The appointment comes as Melco recently abandoned plans to sell its 50% stake in the Philippine resort, confirming the strategic importance of the asset within the group’s portfolio.

A change of leadership after more than a decade

Geoff Andres is stepping down after more than ten years with Melco, a journey that began at City of Dreams Manila, followed by a brief spell at Studio City in Macau, before returning to lead the Philippine property at the end of 2020. Melco praised Andres’s loyalty and dedication, describing him as a standout figure within the company.
