On 23 September 2026, Accor and its Fairmont Hotels & Resorts brand announced the signing of the Fairmont Chania Resort, a 104-key resort in Chania on the north-west coast of Crete, developed in partnership with Hersonissos Group Hotels. Swedish property company AMF Fastigheter has selected Strawberry to operate a 191-room hotel under development in Marievik, south of central Stockholm. Advised by Annordia, the deal forms part of the conversion of a former office district into a mixed-use urban hub, with opening scheduled for summer 2029.
