Midas Hospitality particularly highlights her operational experience and ability to support teams in improving performance.

A 20-year career spanning front office operations to regional leadership

Elizabeth Ardiles began her career in August 2006 as a Guest Service Representative at Hilton Garden Inn in Staten Island, New York.

She subsequently joined Hampton Inn by Hilton, serving as Front Office Supervisor between November 2008 and June 2010.

From 2010 to 2014, she progressed through several operational roles at Highgate, including Front Office Manager, Overnight Manager, Housekeeping Manager and Task Force Manager. Her experience included assignments at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Times Square and Park Lane Hotel in New York.

She continued her career at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, serving as Director of Front Office Operations at Wyndham Midtown 45 from August 2014 to March 2015.

She then joined Ardent Hotel Advisors as Assistant General Manager of Hampton Inn Grand Central before moving to Real Hospitality Group in March 2016.

At Real Hospitality Group, she progressed from Assistant General Manager to Hotel Manager and subsequently General Manager, a position she held from July 2017 to July 2021.

In July 2021, she became General Manager at M&R Hotel Management before taking on regional responsibilities at Stonebridge Companies in May 2022.

Her arrival at Midas Hospitality in October 2026 therefore represents another step in a career characterised by the steady progression of operational responsibilities.

Expertise in performance and multi-property management

Elizabeth Ardiles’ appointment comes in a sector where coordination between hotel operations, commercial performance and property asset management is a major priority.

Her experience at Stonebridge Companies enabled her to assume regional responsibilities after managing several properties within the New York hospitality market.

Her professional background combines expertise in:

  • Multi-property hotel operations management;
  • Financial performance and revenue strategy;
  • Hotel renovation and repositioning programmes;
  • Team leadership, training and development;
  • Service quality and guest experience.

Elizabeth Ardiles holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from St. John’s University, where she studied from 2002 to 2006.

She also holds the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation awarded by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI).

LTH Analysis | An appointment built on operational expertise

This appointment illustrates the importance placed by the US hospitality industry on executives capable of combining operational performance, commercial strategy and team leadership.

Elizabeth Ardiles’ career has one particularly notable characteristic: her progression into senior operations leadership is grounded in direct experience of hotel departments, from front office and housekeeping through to general management.

For multi-property operators, this cross-functional experience is a valuable asset in an environment where cost control, productivity and renovation programmes directly influence profitability.

However, the announcement does not specify the exact scope of the portfolio she will oversee at Midas Hospitality.
