Barcelona-based hotel manager By Salomon Hospitality, owned by the Serra Moreno family, forms an alliance with NH Hotel Group (Minor Hotels) to hand over management of three of its properties, two in Barcelona and one in Budapest, from January 2027. The deal allows By Salomon to focus on its core lifestyle business while gaining access to the pure corporate travel segment, outside its comfort zone.

Hilton opens the NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, marking the arrival of Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Vietnam. The 174-room resort, designed by Vietnamese architect Vo Trong Nghia on the banks of the Co Co River, introduces the Group's lifestyle brand to Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage town.

Arsenale Group, owner of the Orient Express hotels in Italy, announces the successful placement of a €300 million senior secured bond, intended to fund its 2026-2030 strategic plan. The transaction, listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, complements new equity contributed by shareholders and will notably enable the buyback of preference shares issued in 2022 to Oaktree Capital Management.
