British group THE PIG Hotels has unveiled its tenth property, THE PIG-on the farm, due to open in summer 2027 on the historic Walton Estate in Warwickshire. Built around the restoration of a Grade II* listed manor house and its farm buildings, the project marks the restaurant-with-rooms group's most northerly and most ambitious development to date. The brand, which has owned the estate since 2022, began construction in January 2026 after several years of heritage groundwork.

Rosewood will cease managing Rosewood Le Guanahani St Barth from 1 October 2026, ahead of a reopening announced for 1 November under the name Airelles Le Guanahani. The deal marks Airelles' first foray into the Caribbean.

US | Braemar Hotels & Resorts sells Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale for €318m and completes its exit from Ashford
Braemar Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: BHR) has signed a definitive agreement to sell the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, in Arizona, for $372 million (around €318m). Closing is expected on 22 October 2026. The Dallas-based listed REIT is using the proceeds to fund its separation from Ashford Inc. and will become a self-managed REIT focused on seven luxury hotels in the United States and the Caribbean.
