CV Villas has announced the strengthening of its activities in the Irish market, following demand expressed by the local travel sector for a luxury villa provider offering full financial protection. Fully bonded packages, designed specifically for Irish travel agencies, are now available to book.
The announcement comes shortly after the luxury operator praised agents for a notable rise in off-peak bookings. It also comes against a broader backdrop of dynamism in the Irish tourism market, where hotel investment has reached record levels in recent years, driven by growth in international visitor numbers.
Key agreements with major distribution networks
As part of this rollout, CV Villas has signed commercial agreements with Travel Centres, a network bringing together 70 agencies across Ireland, as well as with Worldchoice Ireland, an established group of 60 independent travel agencies.
The operator will also work with Travel Counsellors, which has 80 advisors in Ireland, and with Frosch Ireland, a corporate travel management company based in Cork. This commercial network thus covers the bulk of the country’s distribution channels, from traditional agency networks to business travel specialists.
Full financial protection at the heart of the commercial pitch
CV Villas‘ business development team began actively engaging with the Irish market in June 2025. This work resulted in the registration of its Total Payment Protection Policy (TOPP) with the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA), covering all packages combining a villa with a flight or a villa with a car rental.
The operator will also be able to offer flight-inclusive holiday packages departing directly from Dublin, Shannon and Cork, via Aer Lingus and Ryanair, making its offering more accessible to Irish customers.
A portfolio of more than 900 properties in development
CV Villas has recently expanded its portfolio with 60 new luxury villas, bringing its total offering to more than 900 properties spread across Majorca, the Algarve, Puglia, the Cannes bay area, Corfu and Montenegro. Several of these addresses belong to the operator’s ABOVE collection, which offers fully staffed accommodation along with a dedicated concierge service.
This commercial push in Ireland comes as the country’s hotel sector continues to confirm its momentum, between new openings and sustained investor interest. In Dublin, the recent opening of the first The Hoxton hotel illustrates this growing appeal of the Irish capital, while the takeover of management of 56 Dalata Group hotels by Scandic Hotels confirms the strategic repositioning of the British and Irish market as a whole.
