Ennismore continues its international development drive with three separate announcements spanning Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. The group, jointly owned by Accor and Sharan Pasricha, confirms the growing geographic diversification of its lifestyle brand portfolio.
25hours Hotel Bangkok signs for Siam Square
The 25hours Hotel Bangkok will open in Siam Square, a district regarded as the epicentre of the Thai capital’s youth and creative culture. Positioned close to Chulalongkorn University and Siam BTS station, the property will comprise 345 rooms.
The hotel forms part of the CenTRal cENtrAL project, a mixed-use development led by Central Pattana that combines retail, office and public space within a next-generation urban destination concept. The rooms’ interior design draws on the identity of Siam Square, blending independent boutiques, a pop-up spirit and Art Deco architectural heritage.
This signing confirms 25hours’ continued expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, and strengthens Ennismore’s presence in the Thai market.
The Hoxton lands in Dubai with a first-of-its-kind wellness concept
Ennismore, in partnership with Select Group, has signed The Hoxton, Dubai Media City, the brand’s first hotel in the United Arab Emirates. The announcement follows recent signings for The Hoxton in Bengaluru, India, and Melbourne.
Designed by AIME Studios, Ennismore’s in-house interior design studio, the property will comprise 230 rooms following a comprehensive transformation of the existing building. Food and beverage will be handled by Paris Society, with several new concepts including a collaboration with French restaurateur Moïse Sfez on a Japanese handroll bar.
A standout element of the announcement: the property will house The Hoxton’s very first wellness club, conceived as a fully-fledged social space combining a gym, movement studios, spa treatments and contrast therapy. Ennismore is thereby consolidating its presence in the Middle East, where the group already operates more than 70 hotels and resorts representing over 23,000 rooms — a region whose operational governance has been built up in recent years, as already illustrated by the appointment of Tolga Lacin as Ennismore’s Director of Operations for the United Arab Emirates and Turkey. Hyde Mexico City Reforma: a first for the brand in Latin America
Hyde has opened its first Latin American address with Hyde Mexico City Reforma, on the prestigious Paseo de la Reforma avenue in the heart of the Zona Rosa district. [FLAG 7: UTM parameters present] The hotel occupies two towers born of Mexican architectural modernism, refurbished under an adaptive-reuse approach that preserves the original façade and structure.
The property offers 106 rooms, studios and suites, along with an atrium clad in dark green marble housing a sculpture by Mexican architect Javier Senosiain. [FLAG 7: UTM parameters present] Hyde shares its lobby and some dining spaces with the forthcoming SO/ Mexico City Reforma, while retaining an identity of its own, centred on music and conviviality.
This opening marks Ennismore’s debut in Mexico and strengthens the group’s development in Latin America, a region Accor regards as a priority for its luxury and lifestyle brands.

Rixos Water World Phuket: a signing already reported by LTH
These three announcements come on top of the signing of Rixos Water World Phuket, the brand’s first all-inclusive resort in Thailand, which La Tribune de l’Hôtellerie reported on a week ago. [FLAG 1: internal LTH link, no confirmed THT equivalent] The project, undertaken with Central Group Capital, is slated to open in early 2028 following a complete renovation of the site.
Taken together, these four developments illustrate Ennismore’s ability to advance several of its brands simultaneously across markets as different as Southeast Asia, the Gulf and Latin America, continuing the growth trajectory the group has pursued since passing the 200-hotel mark.
