Rosewood Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Kenny Toy as Senior Vice President, Commercial, Global. Based at the group’s headquarters in Hong Kong, he joins the organisation with immediate effect and will report to Anthony Ingham, Chief Operating Officer of the group since September 2025.

A cross-functional role at the heart of the group’s commercial strategy

In his new role, Kenny Toy will be responsible for Rosewood Hotel Group’s global commercial strategy, spanning sales, marketing, distribution, revenue management, partnerships and e-commerce. He will lead the group’s international teams with the aim of driving revenue growth, strengthening market share and improving customer satisfaction across all channels.

His remit also includes promoting commercial excellence and cross-departmental collaboration, with a view to building a unified, high-performing commercial engine designed to strengthen the desirability of the group’s brands and deepen customer engagement.

A background in consulting and digital transformation

Kenny Toy brings more than two decades of experience in commercial strategy, marketing and digital transformation, gained within international consulting and marketing organisations. A recognised adviser in data-driven marketing and e-commerce, he has led multi-market programmes integrating CRM, digital platforms and customer insight to generate demand and build loyalty.

He most recently held the position of Managing Director of Accenture Song in Hong Kong, as well as Digital Strategy Lead for China, where he led growth and customer transformation initiatives across multiple sectors in the region. His career has been built primarily in consulting and digital marketing rather than in hospitality; this point may warrant confirmation or clarification with Rosewood ahead of publication.

Commercial and operational governance still taking shape

This appointment continues the governance reinforcement that Rosewood Hotel Group has pursued since 2025, marked notably by the arrival of Anthony Ingham as COO and by the appointment of Jenni Benzaquen to lead global residential development, who also reports to Anthony Ingham. The group, whose portfolio continues to expand across several continents, with new openings planned in the Middle East, Europe and Asia, is seeking to consolidate an organisation capable of supporting this growth.

“As Rosewood continues to grow globally, strengthening our commercial capabilities is essential to supporting the group’s broader operational and brand ambitions,” said Anthony Ingham, Chief Operating Officer of Rosewood Hotel Group. “Kenny’s deep experience in digital transformation, customer experience and commercial strategy will help us connect more effectively with our guests and partners, improve performance across all channels, and build long-term value across our portfolio.”

For Rosewood Hotel Group, this appointment reflects a continued investment in its commercial capabilities, aimed at supporting a rapidly expanding portfolio and a stated ambition to reposition lifestyle luxury on the international stage.
