Omnam Group, a Europe-based hotel developer and investor, has announced the appointment of Maria Wojtowicz as Head of Creative. Since joining, she has overseen the group’s design direction, tasked with shaping the creative identity of its hotel developments and branded residences, across Europe and internationally.
Strengthening in-house creative capabilities
The appointment reflects Omnam’s commitment to consolidating its design capabilities in-house, allowing it to be involved from the earliest phases of acquisition and concept development through to delivery and guest experience. The group is currently continuing the development of its luxury hotel and residential portfolio in Italy, France and more broadly across Europe.
Ongoing developments include the Saint-James & Albany in Paris, acquired together with Mohari Hospitality and Pharrell Williams, as well as the Bauer hotel in Venice, whose transformation is currently being led by the two partners [note: source text reference to “.com/en/default” appears to be a formatting artefact in the original French copy and should be verified before publication]. Omnam has also delivered, together with Marriott International and Bain Capital, The Lake Como EDITION, which opened in March 2026 on Lake Como.
Twelve years in luxury hospitality design
Maria Wojtowicz previously held the roles of Associate Lead Designer at Azumi Group and Design Manager at AvroKO. She brings more than twelve years of international experience in luxury hospitality interior design, spanning hotels, private clubs, award-winning restaurants and large-scale mixed-use developments.
Her portfolio includes the Conrad Athens and the adjoining House of NYNN Members Club, the Serra restaurant at The Chancery Rosewood in London, Zuma Vail in Colorado, and the Bar Américain at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. She has also worked on fine-dining and bar projects and on the Harrods food halls, alongside high-end residential developments.
A sensory, immersive approach to design
Originally trained in theatre, Maria Wojtowicz takes a multidisciplinary approach to hospitality design, grounded in the sensory qualities of space: materiality, colour, light and visual focus. Her aim is to create immersive environments that build a lasting emotional connection with guests.
A design strategy in service of the group’s growth
Since establishing its in-house design studio, Omnam has embedded design within its development strategy, weaving together architectural heritage and contemporary luxury across its entire portfolio. The studio works in collaboration with leading international operators, ensuring each project reflects its cultural context and distinct identity.
Maria Wojtowicz’s arrival comes at a time of sustained growth for Omnam, whose portfolio of hotel developments and branded residences continues to expand across Italy, France and the rest of Europe.
