Wynn Al Marjan Island has announced the launch of the Townhomes, one of the most exclusive accommodation offerings at its future integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah. These residences are located within Enclave, the resort’s boutique hotel, and draw inspiration from the grand aristocratic Parisian mansions known as hôtels particuliers.
Accessible from the Royal Foyer, the Townhomes offer immediate access to the entire resort while remaining architecturally and experientially set apart. This configuration creates a rare level of privacy at the very heart of the destination. Reservations will be by invitation only.

Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Design Officer at Wynn Design & Development, said that the Townhomes move beyond the traditional idea of a villa or penthouse. He described the category as an entirely different type of accommodation, defined by privacy, scale and a level of residential design rarely seen in a hotel setting.
A Fourth Signature Living Concept Within Enclave
The Townhomes join Marina and Ocean Estates, as well as the Apartments, as a fourth way to experience Enclave. With this addition, Enclave now comprises 323 accommodations across suites, Apartments, Townhomes, Marina and Ocean Estates.
Although not located within the main tower, the Townhomes are fully aligned with the Enclave concept, designed as a destination within the destination. Lenahan explained that Enclave was conceived as a destination within the resort, and that the Townhomes take that concept a step further. He noted that they have their own distinct character and identity, created for guests seeking the privacy and permanence of a home within a world-class resort.
An Unprecedented Scale Within the Group’s Portfolio
The Townhomes range from 630 sqm for two-bedroom configurations up to 1,110 sqm for four-bedroom configurations, spread across two levels. According to Lenahan, these are the largest accommodations the group has ever designed, with no equivalent elsewhere in its international portfolio.

Each residence is organised around large principal suites and private spa spaces, including a hammam and tepidarium. A succession of reception rooms allows for multiple entertaining formats: living and dining rooms with a palatial character, a dedicated library, a billiard room and a media room. A contemporary kitchen, bar and generous reception spaces complete the offering, designed for both everyday living and formal entertaining.
Vaulted ceilings, grand staircases and carefully considered architectural detailing shape the interior circulation. Outside, a fully enclosed landscaped courtyard features several infinity pools and dedicated wellness facilities, forming a self-contained and secluded environment.

Hilton has announced the signing of the London Bridge Hotel, which will join the lifestyle brand Tapestry Collection by Hilton under a franchise agreement with Gama Holdings.
