Boscolo Hôtels & SPAS has officially announced the appointment of Alexandre Benoit as General Manager of Boscolo Nice, a role he has held since June 2026. The appointment confirms a position he steps into after nearly twelve years spent at some of the most prestigious addresses in international luxury hospitality, from French Polynesia to the Seychelles.
Beginnings at iconic names of French luxury hospitality
Alexandre Benoit began his career at renowned five-star properties, L’Apogée Courchevel and Eden Rock St Barths, where he built strong operational expertise alongside a firm commitment to service excellence. These early experiences laid the groundwork for a career he went on to pursue with the Relais & Châteaux group.
Rising through the ranks in French Polynesia
Alexandre Benoit subsequently moved into management roles at exceptional resorts in French Polynesia, holding positions first as Food & Beverage Director and then as operational General Manager. This trajectory gave him a broad, integrated understanding of the hospitality profession.
While with Relais & Châteaux in Polynesia, he led a Cluster F&B mission spanning five hotels, as well as the rollout of a purchasing cluster. This work helped structure and optimise the group’s operational and economic performance across the region.
At the helm of iconic addresses in the Pacific
Alexandre Benoit went on to lead several prestigious properties in the Pacific, including the InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa and the InterContinental Bora Bora Resort Thalasso & Spa, before taking the helm at The Brando, an internationally renowned ultra-luxury address. In these roles, he oversaw the full scope of operations and played an active part in driving financial performance, guest experience and team development.
A key milestone at Cheval Blanc Seychelles
More recently, Alexandre Benoit joined Cheval Blanc Seychelles, one of the LVMH group’s most recent flagship addresses, as Hotel Manager, supporting the property’s set-up and operational launch. This proved a defining experience, deepening his expertise in ultra-luxury standards as well as in pre-opening and organisational-build environments.
Recognised for his operational leadership, results-driven culture and ability to unite multicultural teams, Alexandre Benoit has also worked within Forbes Travel Guide environments and internationally award-winning resorts.
A new ambition for Boscolo Nice
His arrival marks a new chapter for Boscolo Nice, with ambitions to strengthen its positioning and continue building its profile within a fast-growing Nice hotel scene.
