Kerria AM is taking a structuring step in its organisation. The Paris-based real estate asset management firm, active across residential, office and hotel assets, has announced the appointment of Amandine Leiba as Chief Executive Officer. It is the first CEO role created since the company’s founding in 2020.

Amandine Leiba joined Kerria AM a year ago as Director of Investments. She now takes on operational leadership of the company’s entire activities, from sourcing to asset management and project ownership.

A career built across asset management and commercial real estate

Amandine Leiba has more than ten years of experience in asset management. A graduate of ESCP Europe with a Master’s degree in applied mathematics from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, she began her career at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where she held several roles within the Retail France division, notably on the Les Quatre Temps, CNIT and Carrousel du Louvre portfolios.

She then joined Gecina, a property company specialising in offices and residential assets in the Île-de-France region, where she successively held the roles of Senior Asset Manager and then Portfolio Director within the offices division, before joining Kerria AM in 2025.

This kind of career path, moving between major listed property companies and mid-sized asset management firms, illustrates how the asset manager’s role has become increasingly professionalised in recent years within commercial and hotel real estate, as investors seek in-depth expertise — from sourcing to operational value creation — across diversified portfolios that include hospitality and the strengthening of hotel performance management tools, as illustrated by the recent restructuring of several property companies in the sector.

A streamlined organisation for the next phase of growth

Over six years, Kerria AM has consolidated its position in the Paris value-added market — a segment that involves acquiring assets with strong value-creation potential, refurbishing them, and then either re-marketing or retaining them for management. The company describes an integrated approach to the value chain, spanning sourcing, project ownership and asset management.

The creation of a CEO role forms part of this growth momentum. It gives Kerria AM an organisation suited to its next phase of growth in the Paris value-added market, while allowing Geoffroy Mestrallet and Thomas Zaepffel to focus fully on developing the wider Group and its various business lines.
