Benjamin Kreuz has held the position of General Manager of Six Senses Zil Pasyon since August 2026, the island resort located on the private island of Félicité in the Seychelles archipelago. He takes over leadership of the property as part of an internal move within the group, having previously held the same role at Six Senses Southern Dunes, on the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia.
The appointment continues a career built entirely around secluded and island luxury resorts, a specialism that Benjamin Kreuz has developed throughout his career across the Indian Ocean, Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
A classic hospitality education and early career between Kempinski and Four Seasons
A graduate of Hotelschool The Hague, Benjamin Kreuz began his career in 2002 as Assistant Front Office Manager with Kempinski Hotels. He then joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he held the roles of Assistant Guest Services Manager and later Resort Assistant Manager, between 2005 and 2008.
He continued his career in Germany with the Steigenberger group, first as Rooms Division Manager at the Steigenberger Hotel Frankfurter Hof, then as the property’s Director of Operations, before taking charge of the group’s business development for China between 2014 and 2015. He then joined Deutsche Hospitality as Hotel Manager in Hamburg.
COMO Hotels and Resorts and roots in the Indian Ocean
In 2016, Benjamin Kreuz joined COMO Hotels and Resorts and took over as General Manager of Como Cocoa Island in the Maldives, a role he held for two and a half years. He was then appointed General Manager of Como Maalifushi, also in the Maldives, where he remained until October 2020. This was followed by a year-long spell at HRG Hotels as General Manager overseeing the group’s premium properties.
Joining Six Senses, from Vietnam to Saudi Arabia
Benjamin Kreuz joined the Six Senses group in July 2022 as General Manager of Six Senses Ninh Van Bay in Vietnam, a position he held for two years. He then took on a taskforce General Manager assignment in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, before taking the helm of Six Senses Southern Dunes in Saudi Arabia, from March 2025 to August 2026.
Zil Pasyon, one of the group’s most exclusive addresses
Located on the private island of Félicité, Six Senses Zil Pasyon comprises around thirty timber villas set within several hundred hectares of protected forest. The property ranks among the most exclusive in the Six Senses portfolio in the Indian Ocean, alongside the brand’s other island resorts.
The appointment reflects the internal mobility policy pursued by Six Senses, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts group, which has recently made a number of General Manager moves across its international network, including the appointment of André Buldini to lead its Milan and Rome properties and that of Eduardo Johnston da Silva at Six Senses Douro Valley in Portugal.
