Accor Plus announces the appointment of Chris Mills as VP Customer, based in Sydney. A return to Accor for this marketing and loyalty professional, who had left the group in July 2025 to join the National Rugby League as General Manager – Major Events, Assets & Product Strategy.

Chris Mills had spent more than eleven years at Accor, holding several roles related to loyalty and guest experience. He notably served as Vice President Digital, Loyalty & Guest Experience – Pacific from 2019 to 2024, then as Vice President Loyalty & Partnerships for the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific until 2025. He also sat on the group’s Global Shadow Executive Committee between 2017 and 2019.

Before joining Accor in 2014, Chris Mills worked for more than five years at InterContinental Hotels Group, where he held digital marketing specialist roles for the Asia, Middle East and Africa regions, as well as at Westpac on digital adoption matters. He has also served on the advisory board of the Australian Loyalty Association since 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney.
