2028, Italy | Foruminvest Entrusts Amapa with a Second Accor TRIBE at Milan Linate
Italian developer Foruminvest Italia has announced the construction of a 279-room hotel in Segrate, on the doorstep of Milan Linate "Enrico Forlanini" Airport, which will open under Accor's TRIBE brand. The property will be operated by Amapa, the Italian white-label operator already running the country's first TRIBE in Malpensa. Construction began in the third quarter of 2026, with delivery targeted for the first quarter of 2028.
A second TRIBE to cement Accor’s foothold in the Milan market
ForuminvestItalia is deepening its commitment to Milan’s hospitality scene with a new project in Segrate, close to Milan Linate Airport. The property, a 279-room four-star hotel, will operate under Accor’s lifestyle brand TRIBE.
This marks the second TRIBE hotel on Italian soil, following the opening of TRIBE Milano Malpensa in 2024. Positioned in the midscale segment with a strong design identity, the brand is stepping up its momentum in the Italian market two years after its initial launch there.

Amapa confirmed as operator for the new development
The hotel will be run under a long-term lease by Amapa, Italy’s leading white-label operator. Building on the experience gained at TRIBE Malpensa, the group has been reappointed as Foruminvest’s operating partner for this new project.

Ezio Romani, managing director of Amapa Group, said the company firmly believed in the project’s potential and in the exceptional location, with direct access to the main road network, the airport and the metro line connecting to central Milan. Following the success of TRIBE Malpensa, he added, Amapa was pleased to renew its partnership with Foruminvest on such a strategic project.
The property will offer facilities geared towards business and events guests, including MICE space for more than 250 people, a co-working area, a restaurant, and a rooftop panoramic pool. Around 140 parking spaces will complete the offering.

This positioning is in line with Accor’s broader strategy for the TRIBE brand across Europe, already reflected in France through projects such as TRIBE Pantin, which combines urban design with functionality suited to mobile, professional travellers.
A project aligned with environmental sustainability standards
The hotel is being developed to nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building) construction standards and will target LEED Gold certification, ensuring a significant reduction in the building’s energy consumption and carbon emissions.
Giacomo Silvestri, managing director of Foruminvest Italia, said the company’s priority was to develop sustainable projects in strategic locations, alongside strong and trusted partners, in order to create lasting value.
Opening targeted for early 2028
Construction began in the third quarter of 2026, with opening scheduled for the first quarter of 2028. Foruminvest was advised by Fortvny on operator selection and by SOLVING on the lease agreement.
Legal assistance on the construction contract with general contractor BRB Group was provided by Ashurst Perkins Coie. Architectural design and technical project oversight were entrusted to BD Group, while interior architecture was handled by RIZOMA Architetture.
