Tighter commercial steering for the two sister airlines

Groupe Dubreuil is adjusting the organisation of its Aviation division by appointing Laurent Perrier as chief executive of Groupe Dubreuil Aéro Services, the subsidiary that brings together the support functions serving Air Caraïbes and French bee. This entity forms the operational backbone underpinning both airlines’ transatlantic and regional activities.

Laurent Perrier will take charge of Programme, Pricing and Revenue Management for both carriers — levers considered strategic in a constantly shifting competitive environment. He takes up his post on 16 September.

A seasoned profile in international air transport

The new chief executive of Groupe Dubreuil Aéro Services brings more than twenty years’ experience in the airline sector, gained both in France and internationally. Géry Mortreux, chief executive of Groupe Dubreuil’s Aviation division, welcomed the appointment, saying he was particularly pleased to bring Laurent Perrier on board and that his experience, perspective and energy would be valuable to the teams as they take Air Caraïbes and French bee into a new stage of development together. A reorganisation under way for several months

The appointment continues the restructuring of governance within Groupe Dubreuil’s Aviation division. Géry Mortreux himself took over leadership of this entity — which oversees Air Caraïbes, Air Caraïbes Atlantique, French bee and cargo specialist Hi Line Cargo — during the summer of 2026, following a transitional period led directly by Paul-Henri Dubreuil, chairman and chief executive of the family group.

Laurent Perrier’s arrival at the head of the support functions thus completes this new organisation, with a mandate to consolidate the commercial levers shared by the two sister airlines.

A diversified family group, also present in hospitality

Groupe Dubreuil, founded in the Vendée region of France, operates across several sectors: air transport, car distribution, agricultural machinery, construction, energy and hospitality. Its hospitality division includes the Square Lodge and the Mercure in La Roche-sur-Yon, as well as two Ibis properties in Les Sables-d’Olonne. This diversification illustrates the long-term strategy of a family group for which aviation, driven by Air Caraïbes and French bee, is one of its principal pillars of activity.
