The Logis Hôtels Group, France’s leading non-standardised hospitality operator, continues to expand at the heart of the country’s regions. The group relies on a multi-brand, multi-segment model that unites six complementary brands: three premium brands — Singuliers Hôtels, Demeures & Châteaux and Teritoria — two urban brands — Cit’Hôtel and Urban Style — and one midscale brand, Logis Hôtels.

With an average of one property every 12 kilometres across French territory, the group has announced the integration of 46 new addresses in the middle of 2026 (see the list at the end of this article). This momentum confirms the network’s continued appeal among independent hospitality and restaurant professionals.

Historic brand Logis Hôtels remains the main driver of growth

Of the 46 new establishments, 33 have joined the eponymous Logis Hôtels brand, confirming its firmly rooted presence across the country. This midscale brand remains the group’s principal growth engine, underpinned by a dense network of independent hotel-restaurants spread throughout France.

A further eight establishments have joined the urban brands Cit’Hôtel and Urban Style, while five exceptional new addresses have strengthened the group’s premium offering, made up of the Singuliers Hôtels, Demeures & Châteaux and Teritoria brands.

Premium segment strengthened, one year after the Teritoria acquisition

The growth of the premium segment builds on the acquisition of Teritoria by the Logis Hôtels Group, finalised in 2025. New additions include the Teritoria Hôtel Spa la Borie d’Hélipse in Tournemire (Cantal), the Teritoria Domaine du Lieu Bill in Blonville-sur-Mer (Calvados), and the Teritoria Château de Boisgelin in Plehedel (Côtes-d’Armor).

The Demeures & Châteaux brand, meanwhile, welcomes the Hôtel Maison Gramme in Lussan (Gard). This expansion of the premium division consolidates the diversification strategy pursued by the group, which aims to build one of Europe’s leading upmarket independent networks.

Regional distribution led by Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region leads with ten new establishments, including the Logis Hôtel Auberge les Clarines in Le Chatelard (Savoie) and several addresses in Puy-de-Dôme. Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Grand Est follow with seven addresses each, spread notably across Dordogne, Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Haut-Rhin.

Normandy recorded five new integrations, while Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Île-de-France each added four. Occitanie completes the picture with four addresses, spread across Gard, Lot and Hérault. Hauts-de-France welcomed two new establishments, against one each in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Brittany and Pays de la Loire.

The group has also taken a step forward internationally with the integration of the Teritoria Restaurant Anna Ghisolfi in Tortona, in Italy’s Piedmont region, illustrating the network’s gradual expansion beyond France.

Growth rooted in a long-term strategy

This announcement follows a series of similar accession waves recorded by the group in recent years, which had notably reported the arrival of more than 120 establishments nationwide in February 2026. With a portfolio of six brands spanning every market segment, from premium to economy, the Logis Hôtels Group today brings together more than 2,000 establishments across nine countries.

The group, which claims 75 years of history and a commitment to proximity with local operators, continues to strengthen its territorial footprint while accelerating the upscaling of its premium offering.
