Hotel group Majestic Hotels has officially opened the Majestic Central Hotel, its fourth address in Dubai. The inauguration ceremony took place on Friday 11 September 2026, in the presence of Matar Al Tayer, General Manager of Al Ghandi Electronics and guest of honour at the event, alongside executives, partners and members of the group’s teams.

This new property forms part of Majestic Hotels’ development trajectory in its home market. The group, founded and based in Dubai, has built its positioning around accessible hotel accommodation aimed at both business and leisure travellers, in central locations across the city.

A 68-key property in Bur Dubai

The Majestic Central Hotel offers 68 rooms and suites, ranging from City King Rooms to Central Suites. The property is located on Al Mankhool Road, in the Bur Dubai district, opposite Sharaf DG Metro Station, providing direct connectivity to the city’s main business, cultural and leisure hubs.

The hotel is already fully operational. It features food and beverage outlets, a spa and wellness area, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, as well as concierge and room service, rounding out a classic hospitality offering for this market segment.

A fourth link in the Dubai portfolio

With this opening, Majestic Hotels brings its portfolio to four properties, all located in Dubai: the Majestic City Retreat Hotel and the Majestic Premier Hotel, also on the Bur Dubai axis, as well as the Majestic Cove Hotel, located in Al Garhoud on Sheikh Rashid Road. This geographic concentration reflects a tightly focused development strategy centred on the city’s highest-density tourism and business districts.

Eti Bhasin, Executive Director of Majestic Hotels, said that the launch of the Majestic Central Hotel marks a new chapter for Majestic Hotels and an important milestone in its continued growth in Dubai. As the group’s fourth property, she noted, the Majestic Central reflects its commitment to offering welcoming, accessible hospitality while supporting the growth of one of the world’s most dynamic tourism destinations.

A growing presence in a highly competitive market

Majestic Hotels’ development comes against a backdrop of sustained momentum in Dubai’s hotel sector [FLAG: LTH French internal link — no confirmed thehospitalitytribune.com English equivalent found; verify or replace before publishing], marked by a rising number of openings across all market segments, from international luxury brands to local mid-market names. This diversity of supply reflects the depth and maturity the destination has achieved.

At group level, this opening confirms an organic development strategy, without recourse to an international brand or third-party management contract. Majestic Hotels is relying on its own identity and a tightly focused footprint to build local recognition, running counter to the internationally branded development model that shapes much of the Emirati market.
