Omni Hotels & Resorts announced three internal promotions this week affecting its financial and technical leadership. Robert Kupchynsky, Clinton Gulick and Aaron Busick move into the roles of Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Facilities and Corporate Director of Finance respectively.

Robert Kupchynsky Takes the Helm of Corporate Finance

Robert Kupchynsky steps into the role of Vice President of Finance, where he will oversee accounting and treasury within the Omni Service Center. Having joined Omni in 2018, he has played a central role in several of the group’s major development and financing initiatives, including the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa and the Omni Homestead Resort & Spa.

His promotion follows completion of Omni’s internal Executive in Development programme, a year-long initiative designed to prepare executives for leadership responsibilities. This move continues a previous wave of internal appointments led by the group.

Clinton Gulick, Engineering and Capital Planning

Clinton Gulick is promoted to Vice President of Facilities and will lead corporate engineering and capital planning across the group. Having joined Omni in 2019, he has contributed to several renovation and repositioning projects, including the major transformations of the Omni Homestead Resort & Spa and the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa.

Bringing extensive experience in construction project management and development, he will continue to coordinate teams around the group’s capital priorities.

Aaron Busick, an Appointment Built on 25 Years of Hospitality Finance Experience

Aaron Busick becomes Corporate Director of Finance. He will steer and support accounting functions across the entire portfolio, working closely with operational leaders to support the group’s financial performance.

Having joined Omni in 2025 as Director of Shared Services, Aaron Busick brings more than 25 years of experience in hospitality finance. His background includes leadership roles at Gaylord, Highgate, Davidson Hotels & Resorts and Auberge Resorts Collection. A Certified Public Accountant, he brings the group proven financial expertise within the hospitality sector.
