RBH Hospitality Management has been appointed by Victory Group to operate Cameron House Resort, the five-star estate on the shores of Loch Lomond in Scotland. The appointment comes just months after the investment fund acquired the property, marking its first transaction in the British hotel market.
A 162-Hectare Estate at the Heart of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park
Cameron House Resort spans approximately 162 hectares within Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. The complex comprises 208 rooms, extensive meeting facilities and a diverse dining offering, including the flagship restaurant LOMA, led by AA Rosette-winning chef Graeme Cheevers.
The estate also features two golf courses, a spa, a marina, a rooftop pool and a range of activities aimed at experience-seeking guests. This breadth of facilities places Cameron House among the leading addresses in Scottish luxury hospitality.
An Appointment That Strengthens RBH’s Luxury Positioning
For Victory Group, the choice of RBH Hospitality Management reflects the operator’s recognised expertise in managing high-end assets, as well as its experience steering capital-intensive projects. Cameron House adds to an already established luxury portfolio that includes The Edinburgh Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, and Old Town Chambers, Autograph Collection, alongside The Municipal Hotel & Spa Liverpool, MGallery Collection, in line with other independent hotel collections currently structuring their development across Europe.
The appointment marks RBH Hospitality Management’s sixth signing of the year, as the operator continues to diversify its portfolio and strengthen its presence in the UK, spanning both branded properties and independent, luxury assets.

David Hart, CEO of RBH Hospitality Management, said that 2026 had been a pivotal year for RBH as the company pursued its growth and its ambition to become the go-to partner for hotel investors. He said the addition of such an iconic hotel to the portfolio reflected the company’s trajectory and demonstrated its expertise in the luxury segment. He added that RBH was delighted to support Victory Group in realising its vision for Cameron House and was looking forward to working with its new partners on this truly singular property.
A Choice Guided by RBH’s Scottish Roots

Erik Moresco, founder and Managing Partner of Victory Group, outlined the strategic thinking behind the decision. He said the fund had ambitious plans for Cameron House and a clear vision for its future, centred on the authenticity of the Scottish hospitality experience and the striking beauty of the site. He said Victory Group had been particularly drawn to RBH’s hotel expertise, its roots in the Scottish market, and the proximity of its Glasgow headquarters to the resort. He added that this matched the fund’s approach to asset management, describing Victory Group as a hands-on, highly engaged investor that wanted an operator with a similar mindset.
He added that Victory Group believed RBH shared its conviction about Cameron House’s potential, and that the fund looked forward to drawing on RBH’s strong reputation as one of Scotland’s most iconic luxury destinations.
This deal illustrates the momentum in the UK’s independent hotel management market, where leading operators continue to expand their portfolios by taking on management mandates for prestige assets, echoing recent moves seen elsewhere in Europe, such as Odyssey Hotel Group’s takeover of management of the Mövenpick Hotel Münster.
