A major renovation for a historic resort
The Naples Grande Beach Resort is undergoing the most extensive renovation in its nearly forty-year history. The resort-wide transformation is reworking guest rooms and suites, dining, wellness and meeting spaces, with the aim of redefining the guest experience.
The resort’s 474 keys, including 50 villas, will make it the first Signia Hilton property on Florida’s Gulf Coast, one of the country’s most sought-after destinations. Upon opening in January 2027, the hotel will become the third Signia Hilton address in the state, alongside the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and the Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort, strengthening a Hilton portfolio that already numbers more than 540 hotels in Florida.
A strategic position on the Naples coastline
Naples has established itself as one of Florida’s most sought-after luxury destinations, thanks to its unspoiled natural setting and a loyal clientele who return year after year. The resort sits along nearly five kilometres of Gulf of Mexico beachfront, including the Clam Pass mangrove, just minutes from downtown Naples, the Waterside Shops and the Paradise Coast’s cultural attractions.
The property will offer a luxury spa, multiple pools, championship-standard tennis courts and a range of flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces designed to accommodate gatherings of all sizes, catering to leisure travellers as well as groups, weddings and special events.

Signia Hilton continues to build momentum

Upon opening, the hotel will join the Hilton Honors programme, which counts more than 260 million members worldwide. Members booking direct will have access to benefits including a mixed points-and-cash payment option, an exclusive discount, complimentary standard Wi-Fi and the Hilton Honors mobile app. To mark its opening, the hotel will offer an additional 5,000 Hilton Honors Points for any stay of three nights or more taken between 15 January and 15 July 2027.
