Sodexo announces it has been selected by Meta to provide catering services across its entire global portfolio. This corporate partnership covers more than 130 sites in over 30 countries and all regions, spanning a wide diversity of environments: corporate offices, large campuses, data centres, conference hubs and smaller-scale sites. Service rollout will begin progressively over the coming months.

This is one of the largest corporate food services contracts ever won by Sodexo globally. The Group was selected following a highly competitive international tender, during which it demonstrated the strength of its teams and a genuine partnership approach, as well as its ability to create value, meet the client’s needs at every stage and deploy its services on an international scale.

Sodexo will deliver this integrated food programme through a structured global operating model, combining consistent international standards, local execution and advanced digital and data capabilities. By combining Meta’s brand standards with Sodexo’s global expertise in food services and hospitality, the partnership aims to support human connection, productivity and employee experience at scale. Sustainability was a central element of the selection process and will be fully embedded in the programme.

“This commercial win reflects the level of commercial intensity Sodexo can deploy when our global teams mobilise to build the right offer and demonstrate our capabilities on a global scale. It illustrates our ability to turn large-scale competitive tenders into concrete growth opportunities,” said Thierry Delaporte, CEO of Sodexo.

A few days later, Sodexo announced a new five-year global partnership with Clariant, one of the world’s leading specialty chemicals companies. The agreement covers a broad range of soft and hard FM services, from cleaning to building maintenance, grounds upkeep and technical support, across more than 50 sites in 13 countries in Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. Clariant’s portfolio includes industrial, laboratory, office and production environments, including its multi-building campus in Louisville, United States, its innovation centre in Frankfurt, Germany, and its office and R&D centres in Shanghai, China. Mobilisation will begin in October 2026.

“Our relationship with Clariant reflects a shared ambition to turn the workplace experience into a genuine performance lever for the business,” commented Martin Boden, CEO Enterprise Partnerships & Solutions at Sodexo. For Clariant, Nicola Comiotto, Chief Procurement Officer, noted that moving to a single global integrated facilities management partner represents “a powerful lever for consistency, transparency and innovation.”
