Valor Hospitality Partners announces its entry into the Mississippi market through a strategic partnership with real estate and investment company Bellamare Development, taking over management of eight hotels representing 685 rooms across the state. This partnership confirms Valor Hospitality as Bellamare Development’s preferred operator for its full-service and lifestyle hotel projects across the Americas.
For both acquired developments and new projects, Valor Hospitality will provide integrated management and operating solutions for the developer’s growing real estate portfolio. The eight Mississippi hotels form the first phase of this partnership and strengthen Valor’s growing presence across the Americas. The Group will work alongside Bellamare to improve property performance, enhance the guest experience and build long-term value across the portfolio.
